Your Mission
As a Prompt Engineer, you will be the architect of intelligent interactions. You will define how users communicate with our AI systems, ensuring outputs are accurate, safe, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt templates to maximize the accuracy and relevance of LLM outputs.
- Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune pre-trained models using proprietary datasets.
- A/B Testing: Execute rigorous A/B testing protocols to compare different prompt strategies and measure user engagement.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and model behaviors to ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Ethics & Safety: Identify and mitigate bias in model outputs to ensure ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration (RESTful APIs).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to debug complex AI behaviors.
