Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate design concepts into functional code.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are usable by everyone.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or prototyping tools like Principle or Framer is a plus.
