Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-centered solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design system best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile environments and design systems
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, or related field
