Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover user needs
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
