Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into user-centric designs
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience designing for enterprise-level SaaS platforms and responsive web applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
