Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and business objectives
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize user journeys
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Present design rationale to executive leadership and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS product design
- Proven experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into innovative user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in agile development environments
