Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and live chat support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system migrations
- Participate in security awareness training and implement best practices
- Support cloud-based applications including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
