Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and scenarios across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Create detailed test plans and test execution reports
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing for new releases
- Adhere to ISO and CMMI quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Passion for technology and quality assurance
- Willingness to learn technical concepts through training
