Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web/mobile applications using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews to elevate team output
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex enterprise solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proven track record of designing for high-traffic consumer applications
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
