Responsibilities
- Execute user-centered design methodologies including research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative/qualitative data
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and champion design excellence across departments
- Analyze user behavior metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or e-commerce portfolios
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Principle
- Strong background in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Google Analytics or Hotjar certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
