Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions and optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end collaboration
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
