As a Senior UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of our product development, bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user needs. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and ensure our products not only look stunning but also deliver measurable value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design roadmaps.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a tech or product environment.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and process.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
