Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points
- Create comprehensive design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain user journey maps, information architecture, and interaction flows
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience implementing design systems and maintaining component libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
