Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across multi-platform experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex enterprise products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and modern design toolkits
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Strong background in usability testing and data-driven design iterations
- Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
