Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business goals
- Create user journey maps, personas, and design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprint methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
