Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools with knowledge of prototyping systems
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working with agile development teams and design systems
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and visual design skills
