Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product teams to define design strategy and solve complex user problems
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations
- Create design systems and ensure consistent user experience across digital platforms
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered approaches
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Research or Design (preferred)
