Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and document defects in JIRA
- Validate API endpoints using Postman and SOAP UI
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Maintain test environments and documentation
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation
- Certified ScrumMaster or ISTQB Foundation preferred
- Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack)
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
