Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and persona development to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ enterprise products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Mentor junior designers through our structured career development program
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders using compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven track record of designing data-driven interfaces for SaaS platforms
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
