Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements and conversion optimization
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and information architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio required: showcase 3+ case studies with research insights and outcomes
- Experience working in agile environments and design collaboration tools
