- Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques across diverse domains
- Develop evaluation metrics to quantify prompt effectiveness and model output quality
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language model behavior
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving model hallucinations
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control for AI workflows
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI practices preferred
