Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience with agile development cycles and design collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Remote work experience with excellent time management and communication skills
