Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our fintech platform
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design rationale effectively
- Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and modern prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable impact
