Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Develop and maintain our design system library to ensure brand consistency across platforms
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster team growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience working with agile development teams and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
