Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security using tools like CloudHealth or Azure Cost Management
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients with zero-downtime requirements
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Develop and maintain cloud security frameworks including IAM policies and compliance controls
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to implement cloud-native application architectures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and serverless technologies
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (CIS benchmarks, HIPAA/GDPR compliance)
- Proven ability to optimize cloud spend and implement FinOps best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments
