Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise applications preferred
