Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers and network connectivity.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tags.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and virus scans.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
