Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of prompt variations to improve model performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to refine training datasets and fine-tune models.
- Document prompt libraries and establish best practices for internal team usage.
- Translate complex user requirements into precise, context-aware prompt architectures.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and generative AI to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or working directly with Large Language Models.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and rhetorical structures.
- Familiarity with Python and basic API integration for model interaction.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
