Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusivity for all users.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end design projects.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
