Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across multiple platforms
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including usability testing and A/B testing
- Strong collaboration skills working with remote teams across different time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and polished visual execution
