Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design rationale effectively
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and optimize user journeys
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and style guides
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable design impact
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams with strong self-management skills
