Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Conduct user interviews and create journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications following WCAG guidelines
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with knowledge of prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills
