- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide Tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document all technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
