Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to articulate design rationale and gather feedback
- Perform competitive analysis and industry research to identify emerging design trends
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and design critiques
- Measure and iterate on designs using quantitative and qualitative user feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
