Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex enterprise applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS or mobile applications
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
