- Develop conversational frameworks for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and e-commerce
- Document prompt libraries, best practices, and performance benchmarks
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for cross-functional teams
- Analyze AI output quality and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and fine-tuning workflows
- Strong background in linguistics, cognitive science, or computational linguistics
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
