Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs that drive engagement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement features.
- Perform competitive analysis and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user retention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a complete design process from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present designs to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
