Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using company-provided tools
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems with our proprietary design software
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (all company-provided)
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and company-issued equipment
