Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C design projects
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and responsive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
