Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and custom language models
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients in healthcare and fintech
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align outputs with business objectives
- Document prompt libraries and maintain version-controlled prompt repositories
- Analyze performance metrics to iteratively improve prompt efficacy
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role with portfolio evidence
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Strong Python/R programming with API integration experience
- Published research or case studies in AI/ML preferred
- Experience with A/B testing for prompt optimization
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent experience
