Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance to ensure high availability and security.
- Perform routine network audits and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new network hardware and software upgrades.
- Document network configurations, processes, and changes for compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve complex user connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI models, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, and wireless networking technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
