Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and persona development to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storyboards and journey maps
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Stay current with emerging design trends and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Miro
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and design sprint facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable design impact
