Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and R.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical models to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Partner with engineering teams to optimize data architecture and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven experience in A/B testing, regression analysis, or predictive modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
