Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Establish design systems and maintain design consistency across platforms
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, usability testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
