Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper routers and switches
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM tools
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA timelines
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topologies and update Visio diagrams
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong Linux/Windows Server troubleshooting
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Bachelor's in CS/IT or relevant field
