Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize user journeys
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Experience working in agile development environments
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
