Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues and optimize testing workflows
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align testing with sprint objectives
- Maintain test environments and ensure accurate test data management
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
