Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and technical constraints
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct usability testing and translate user feedback into actionable design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and implement innovative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite with strong prototyping skills
- Proven ability to conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform (web/mobile) solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
