Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data models to support business KPIs and reporting needs
- Design compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Create automated dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Continuously improve data quality and analytics infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
