Responsibilities
- Execute user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level applications

- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile environments
